I made my very first Instagram post a little over 4 years ago. At first I only ever posted images captured on my iPhone to show behind the scenes images from my photo shoot adventures, of the places I traveled to, my friends and family or shhh, don't tell anyone.... even what I was eating for dinner.
Over the last couple of years I started sharing my actual photography work, trying to build a brand for my artistic nudes and create a genuine following of the people that actually appreciate my photographic talents. I've tried to do this by being fairly diligent at posting every day - at least once a day. Sometimes that doesn't happen, especially when I'm travelling or just working away from my computer.
Today, while I was photographing Lucy Luxe and Anna Von E with my good friend Mark Rhodes in the middle of a beautiful gorge, getting just a little wet from the rain and far from any mobile phone service, I ticked over 10 thousand followers!
I'd like to thank everyone who supports me, even if they do just occasionally give an image a like or make a comment every now and again. I do appreciate them all and if you aren't following me yet, make sure you do! ;)
